This news segment was all about toddlers in charge.
Too many parents are afraid of taking charge; almost like it’s a bad thing. If a child is acting out it’s because they feel insecure. Why would a toddler feel insecure? Because they’re not disciplined effectively. Remember that discipline is just rules, manners, chores. Those are the structure that make little ones feel safe, loved, proud and have high self-esteem. When they’re not disciplined they’re simply lost.
